Nissan Grenada
Geo. F. Huggins has been involved in the automotive business for over 50 years. The company made its introduction into the vehicle market with Austin vehicles supplied by Leyland Company of the United Kingdom (UK). With the re-organisation of Leyland around 1970, Huggins was left without a model to sell and as a consequence of this, the company acquired Datsun (now Nissan) dealership in 1971.
In 1993, a decision was made to move the Automotive Division from the town of St. George to more a more spacious location on Maurice Bishop Highway, St. George. The dealership offers a range of Nissan models from passenger to commercial vehicles, spare parts, service including a car care centre, automotive paints, batteries and tyres.
Over the years, Nissan has been a major player on the local market especially with its Urvan Buses and Frontier Pickups and continues to provide the Grenadian public with quality vehicles.
